Genesis B300 Vault
One node: eight NVIDIA B300 GPUs in North America, if the raise fills. We plan to buy it once a rental contract is agreed; rental revenue would then be shared with holders.
Target operational date: Early 2027 (est.), if the raise fills and a renter is signed; timing may change.

How it works
- Refunded if it doesn't fill
All-or-nothing. If the raise misses its deadline, depositors can claim their deposit back from the vault contract.
- Released in stages
If the raise fills, money is planned to move in stages, such as purchase order, delivery and go-live, each recorded on-chain.
- Revenue shared with holders
If the node is bought and rented, rental revenue is shared with holders. Only rent actually collected is shared.
Vault Pipeline 3
The vault open now and planned GPU clusters for startup contracts and our spot market. Upcoming clusters run on NVIDIA Vera Rubin, the architecture after Blackwell. Cluster sizes are indicative; customers and contracts are yet to be announced.
